Historic Oakland Bridal Show

Yesterday I had a lot of fun at the Historic Oakland Bridal Showcase.  Part of the fun was sampling the amazing food and part of the fun was chatting with some of the fabulous vendors that Zuriana’s loves to do business with.  Historic Oakland is a lovely mansion nestled in a wooded area and is perfect for your upcoming wedding.  Here are some of the delicious items I sampled:

Simply Elegant Catering had a delicious Chilled Berry Soup Shooter topped with a citrus infused whipped cream.  Their soup was quite addictive. 

Chef’s Expressions had yummy Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Lollipops.  Mmmm! And a gorgeous display.

Sweet.a bakery & cafe’s  key lime cake was light, refreshing and a real treat.

Putting on the Ritz had their amazing crab dip.  No other crab dip compares.  Putting on the Ritz is one of my favorite caterers.  Their food is always delectable and their service is superb.

Artistic Desserts had a delicious array of cakes.  Flavors included: Italian Cream Cake with Swiss Raspberry and Vanilla Custard Fillings, Italian Cream Cake with Heath Bar Fillings, Italian Cream Cake with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Ganache Fillings, Red Velvet Cake with Bourbon Vanilla Cream Cheese Fillings, and Chocolate Cake with Swiss Raspberry and Chocolate Ganache Fillings.  Unfortunately I missed out on most of the flavors.  I really loved the Italian Cream Cake with Heath Bar Fillings!
