These Vendors Deserve L-O-V-E

I found out Monday that I have a full scale wedding to plan in under two months.  Can I get it planned?  You betcha!  I had the same scenario in April 2008.  Rokia and James…feel free to tell them about it.  Can I do it on my own?  Nope, not without some truly amazing vendors.  Just a little background here… 

Many professional Wedding Planners network and build relationships with wedding vendors such as ceremony venues, reception venues, cake bakers, florists, photographers, videographers, linen rental companies, caterers and so on.  These vendor relationships are just one of the ways a Wedding Planner will save you a lot of time, and potentially some money on your wedding.  When we’re at industry events we are not just partying, although we certainly work hard enough and deserve a little party every now and again.  While at these events we’re sharing information about what we do, we’re meeting potential new vendors, we’re nurturing existing relationships and building wonderful new relationships.

So back to the wedding in under two months.  This wedding needs a whole lotta vendors.  I was wondering how can I thank these vendors that are working so hard in the preliminary stages of my clients’ wedding?  I thought a little L-O-V-E would be a great start.

My client will have to choose from these very talented vendors for her wedding day and trust me I didn’t make it easy for her, but whomever she selects will help me pull off a simply amazing event!  I’d love to work with them all this time around, but…
