Setting a Wedding Budget

It is never too late to set a budget for your wedding.  In fact, after your significant other has proposed, and after you have had a chance to enjoy the thrill of being engaged, and before you start any planning, I encourage you to set a realistic budget. 

Let’s be honest, I personally love very very nice things, however, my wallet may not have enough green in it to get all of those very nice things.

So, how do you go about setting a budget?  Lara Swanson, who specializes in “offbeat” couples photography wrote a great article on wedding budgeting that will get you started.  Happy budgeting!  You will also find tipping guidelines.
