Williams-Sonoma is in the midst of their Summer Sale.  Find some great gifts for the cooks in your lives.  Think bridal party, parents, friends, flower girl, or ring bearer, fiance’ or fiancee’, aspiring Food Network Stars…  You’ll find deals on great cookware, mixing bowl sets, mandolins, beautiful chopping blocks, cooking gadgets, rice cookers, grill tools, cooking kits for kids, bakeware, great cookbooks e.g. Williams-Sonoma titles, Oprah, Martha Stewart, and so much more.

I find that the selection is better in the stores.  I was at the Annapolis, MD store today and just some of what I saw is listed above.  There are plenty more items.  The Market Common at Clarendon in Arlington, VA is a great store as well.  They’re always pulling some great stuff from their storage room.  If you have time watch the sale.   I think new price adjustments happen each Tuesday.  I’m watching a Martha Stewart Wedding Cakes cookbook.  It is half price right now at $29.99.  If I hedge my bets the right way and at the right time I may get that $60 cookbook for $5.00.  I am the happy purchaser of many great cookbooks and other wonderful items acquired for a steal by ‘watching the sales’.
