When should I order my invitations?
Order invitations once you’ve confirmed details of your ceremony and reception, i.e. date, time, location, and number of guests you will be inviting.

How many invitations should I order?
Order one invitation for each single adult, couple, or family invited.  Order an additional 25 invitations when you place your initial order to have on hand in case of errors or if there is an additional guest you’d like to invite.  Ordering 25 extra invitations in advance will save you money in the long run.

Use the correct Postage.
Put together a complete invitation ensemble with all of your enclosure cards and envelopes and have it weighed at the post office to determine the proper postage required.  Be sure to provide postage on your RSVP envelopes.

Send a Response Card.
Be sure to include a response card so you will have an exact guest count for your reception.  If guests have not replied by your specified RSVP date, be sure to contact them via phone to get their RSVP.

When should I mail my wedding invitations?
Traditionally invitations are mailed 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.  Send a Save the Date card 4 to 6 months prior to your wedding to notify out of town guests or if you are getting married over a holiday weekend.
