Order Your Extra 25 Invitations Up Front

I always encourage clients to order their extra 25 wedding invitations, save-the-dates, programs, program fans, etc. up front.  Why?  It is far cheaper to order 25 extra with your initial order.  Typically it is considered a “reorder” if you decide a day or two later that you need additional items.  The reorder can be almost as much as your initial order once you add shipping, tax, and a possible rush fee if you’re short on time.

The most popular reason I’ve seen reorders of a save-the-date, wedding program, or wedding invitation is that a few guests were omitted by mistake, or the guest list has grown.

Consider the savings on this invitation…if you need 75 invites then order 100 (which includes an extra 25) and pay $289.90 (only $27.70 more) vs $206.80 to reorder 25 extra invitations later.
